Application to Format Your Law Enforcement Agency’s Pre-Approved In-Service Training Program to Meet POST Requirements
This form is for law enforcement agencies wishing to provide training for its commissioned officers and officers from another department. This form is to be used for all in-service Racial Profiling training.
Additional Instructor Record Form
This form is for any continuing education training provider (Agency or Organization) that would like to add an additional instructor to an already approved continuing law enforcement education (CLEE) training course. Please email the completed instructor record form, along with any instructor training certificates, to post@dps.mo.gov. In the body of the email, please indicate the name and the CLEE control number for the course you would like the instructor added to. If there are multiple courses, please list them all.
