University Housing and Dining rates for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 have been approved by the State of Georgia Board of Regents and are listed below. Choose the hall from the drop down menu and click on "load results" to see the Fall 2024-Spring 2025 rates.
Rates are subject to change. Room Rates include the cost of utilities, furniture, and internet services. Applicants applying for the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 are completing a contract for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semester. Room rates and meal rates are billed by the semester.

Piedmont North, Patton Hall and Piedmont Central have been designated for first-year students.
Note: Our meal plans are a commitment for a full academic year (fall and spring semesters).
All students are eligible to apply for meal plans; however, students who are residents of Patton, Piedmont Central or Piedmont North are REQUIRED to complete a dining agreement and select either the All-Access 7-Day PantherMeals Plan or All-Access 7-Day PantherMeals Plan + 120 PantherPoints) option.
